The One-Week Coherence Lab™ has a fixed rhythm. I turn a survey, stakeholder interviews, a peer audit, a single-day workshop into an Event Impact Blueprint for you, your team and your board within one week.
If we move into the full ecosystem buildout afterward, the timeline scales with scope. Brand systems and narrative architecture take longer than a blueprint, but I’m always happy to adjust my timing based on your needs. To ballpark, a smaller engagement might take one to two months. I'll give you a specific timeline and deliverable schedule once we know how robust the experience will be.
Every engagement includes two rounds of revisions, one major and one minor, per deliverable. That’s built into the scope from the start. If you need more than that upfront, I’ll scope and price each item separately so there are no surprises. If we get to the second round and you want more, we can adjust at that juncture.
You don't have to go for the whole ecosystem offer to work with me. The One-Week Coherence Lab™ is a standalone engagement with plenty of value, so you can stop there if that's all you need. The full buildout is for organizations looking for deeper guidance, development or to avoid rebuilding from scratch every cycle.
Outside the Lab or buildout, I also take on focused work in brand strategy, naming, messaging, visual identity, wayfinding and narrative architecture. If you already know exactly which parts of the experience need work, we can start there. If you're not sure yet, that's usually a sign to look into your overall system.
Yes! I believe experiences are the ultimate collaborative effort. Sometimes it’s even the better setup. I already work alongside specialist partners for web development, animation, fabrication and other disciplines outside my direct execution, so I'm not precious about having the only vision in the room. What I care about most is that someone guides the whole experience arc so all its parts add up instead of becoming a messy mishmash. If you've already got roles lined up, great, bring them to the party. My role is often about making sure the orchestra blends harmoniously.
Because I'm not delivering you a tunnel vision. Many folks in this space are excellent within their lane, but can't collaborate or coordinate an experience's ecosystem. I hold the full creative arc of a project: the strategy that supports it, the brand carrying it and the live experience delivering it. All designed toward the specific metrics your organization is accountable for. Donations, enrollment, retention, board confidence, whatever it is.
I’ve got years of experience in auditing, analysis and solutioneering. In less than a week sitting with your event and your goals, I can name precisely what's broken — and how to make it magical. That's a skill the method depends on, and it's the same skill I've been honing across disciplines for big, complex organizations.
The One-Week Coherence Lab™ isn't new spend stacked on top of what you're already paying. It's aimed at the money you're already spending less productively on a process that rebuilds itself every year instead of compounding. For new ventures, it’s about avoiding those pitfalls as much as possible on the first outing.
Just a conversation. Reach out, tell me what you want to create or what's not working for you, and I’ll help you figure out where to start and what gaps to close. We'll determine together whether the One-Week Coherence Lab™, a focused service or something (or someone) else entirely is the right first step.
