Leidos
Experience strategy and HQ/office design for prominent, versatile engineering company that tackles “the world’s toughest challenges”

Well known for its ability to tackle the world’s toughest problems, IT/science/engineering company Leidos needed to solve the problem of evolving their brand into spaces — beginning with their global headquarters. So, alongside IMP’s founding partners, I helped develop an experience strategy that mapped Leidos’ personality attributes to colors, shapes, patterns and materials. Once approved, our system became the basis for 300 brand opportunities throughout the 17-floor LEED certified building. We then designed and delivered everything from signage to murals to activity spaces to a green wall — and even commissioned kaleidoscopic dichroic sculptures for the lobby and executive floors.
Though the opening was delayed by the pandemic, Leidos HQ is up and running, and has become the model for multiple facilities within its real estate portfolio.
